See Calendar page for dates and locations.

This workshop is perfect for those who want to improve their health and vitality and is open to beginners and advanced practitioners. Qigong, chi kung, or 'energy work' opens the energy channels in the body to improve health and internal awareness. Qigong movement and breathwork strengthens internal organs, tendons and bones.

Qi (energy) Gong (work or skill) exercises are the basic building blocks for Taoist health and martial practices. The basic exercises and postures taught in this class can be practiced alone or used to create the foundation for further internal exploration.

This introductory seminar is open to health care practitioners as well as the general public. The seminar is formatted with continuing education for massage therapists, energy workers and other health practitioners in mind. Self care as well as elements of client instruction will be included. This workshop will lay the groundwork for future Qigong offerings.
